First of all, thank you for your analyzes - they are very helpful. Second, best to Benjamin. You and Marcin mentioned DEX in the comments and I realized I know nothig of the subject. Where would be a good start for me to learn more about DEX and how to use them?
Your analyzes are incredibly good. Thank you for your commitment. In your analysis above, you mentioned that very low cap altcoins (available on the DEX) will grow.
The bull market attract on the final straight new, inexperienced investors (with relatively low knowledge, also about DEX) begin to join the market. Such investors are reluctant to use DEX. They prefer to operate on the most recognizable and largest centralized exchanges (this is the simplest solution). Such choice of the cryptocurrency exchange also determines the choices of altcoins (e.g. on Binance there is a completely different exposure, less intense than on DEX).
Could this also play a role in which altcoins will grow?
Yes, to an extent. First it’ll be altcoins on mute easily accessible exchanges. Then investors will be more willing to learn how to use a DEX if the potential returns are there.
It reminds me of ICOs in 2017. It was amazing how quickly the market learned how to create a wallet on new blockchains, transfer money around, and use virtually any exchange.
We haven’t seen this behavior yet. DeFi was a taste of where investors suddenly were willing to learn Ethereum... next will be its competitors and it’ll happen in an altseason
Cheers for the write up. And best to Benjamin. - bleweye
