So the recent fed moves were a 'stalking horse.'
USDC might have been the 'stalking horse'. Issued the token via wall street backers, it took off well, then fell victim to banking issues.. now the FED can step in to save 'true innovation' via permissioned rails and liquidity intraday backstops
