The Fed decision this week will decide the market path of all assets . They are in the driving seat right now . Princes of the Yen is worth a watch on YouTube . By describing what happened in Japan, it depicts how much control central banks and the BIS really do have.
Agree. Actually just spoke to our newest intern on this and recommended the movie. Credit creation creates growth. Low rates, free money, low reserve requirements..
Watched it just recently and found it hard not to think that now, we are potentially seeing a similar crisis being created on a bigger scale. If it unfolds the next big trade won't be making money . It will be protecting ones wealth in the aftermath. It's a power struggle and until the people at the top become aware of their shadow selves, it will always be a struggle for power.
Datamine is an extremely interesting project worth checking out. The have an ecosystem setup with two tokens and a smart contract which manages to control inflation.
Some first hand experience about CBDC: I've just received a red packet containing 55 Digital RMB (about USD 8.6) from the Shanghai government in its pilot program to promote the adoption of CBDC. Shanghai has given away 350,000 such red packets by drawing lots. I have downloaded the wallet app and have the impression that it is quite similar to a ERC20 wallet.
